Portugal Itineraries
Overview

Portugal has two separate coastlines, one lining the Atlantic sea in the west and the other, the Algarve Coast, covers the coast in the south. The Atlantic coast has untouched beaches, while the Algarve coast offers stunning cliff-top scenery. Portugal is also home to luscious vineyards, olive groves and charming villages inland. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending the day at the golf course, exploring the entertaining town of Lisbon or the Port making region, Douro Valley, Portugal can truly cater to any traveller’s requirements.
An interesting fact about Portugal is that it is blessed with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and you have the luxury to choose between two separate coastlines; the untouched Atlantic coast or the balmy Algarve coast, playing 18 holes on a golf course or cruising on the sea on a yacht. The Atlantic coast runs from North to South, scattered with untouched sandy beaches, while the Mediterranean Algarve coast is home to some of the world’s most renowned golf resorts, all nestled among stunning cliff-top scenery coupled with a warm breeze.
Heading inland, Portugal’s countryside is filled with luscious vineyards and olive groves, dotted with small medieval villages that are locked in the past. The North of Portugal is rich in culture and history. The food is amazing wherever you decide to go, in particular the Algarve in the south being well known for its seafood.
