Jordan Itineraries
Overview

For a small country, Jordan packs an impressive punch in terms of history, culture and scenery, from the majesty of Petra to the rock formations of the Wadi Rum and eerie waters of the Dead Sea, Jordan is a place steeped in history and culture and blessed with captivating beauty. With its ancient ruins, rugged landscapes and a melting pot of cultures, Jordan is ripe for discovery. Jordan offers a multitude of diverse and enchanting experiences from the vast deserts to the sea, thoroughly welcoming people along the way and of course amazing historic sites. The ancient city of Petra is of course a real highlight, but the Roman remains at Jerash are worth visiting.
Wadi Rum is one of the country’s most famous stretches of red sand wilderness. Here you can experience some of the best adventure in the country, sleep in a luxurious Bedouin tents and visit the jaw-dropping Seven Pillars of Wisdom, or fly above in a hot air balloon. Catch your breath with a leisurely float on the salty water of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Products made from the Dead Sea’s mineral-rich black mud are legendary, and there’s nothing like experiencing the real thing. The jewel in Jordan’s crown is undoubtedly the ancient city of Petra. Known as the ‘Rose-Red City’, Petra features an incredible 800 monuments set in 100 square kilometres. Most luxury tours of Jordan allow several days to wander through cavernous chasms, explore the towering tombs and inspect the facades, hand carved around the 5th century BC and miraculously still standing. The port city of Aqaba features a beautiful resort on the Red Sea coast. With fabulous seafront resorts and some of the best diving in the world, Aqaba is a breath of fresh air after the heat of the desert.
We offer a range of unique, luxury tailor-made holidays through the country, providing private car and drivers and expert local guides to bring the destination to life, along with a hand-picked selection of luxury hotels and experiences.
