Qualia’s beachside contemporary dining restaurant. A celebration of our country’s diversity of produce, culture and cuisine. The most exclusive of the Hamilton Island restaurants for lunchtime dining, Pebble Beach highlights qualia’s island setting as shadows lengthen into the afternoon and chilled cocktails are served by the infinity-edge pool. In the evening, Pebble Beach is transformed into qualia’s signature dining experience. Food is contemporary Australian cuisine featuring seasonal, sustainable and ethical produce sourced from the like minded farmers, producers and artisans around the country. Dishes are produce and flavour focused. Expect an Asian lean to menus coupled with European technique and aesthetic.
Qualia’s climate-controlled wine cellar is stocked with a superb collection of Australian and imported wines: vintage French champagne, Clare Valley Riesling, Chardonnay from the Margaret River region, Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Barossa Valley Shiraz.
