Bao Li Xuan is located on the third floor of Shanghai’s historic Chamber of Commerce Shanghai building. With a name that means nature’s treasure and magnificence, it serves exquisitely prepared Cantonese classics created by Executive Chef Fu from Hong Kong. His techniques combine contemporary and traditional Cantonese flavours and he was the recipient of one Michelin star for his Macau restaurant and two Michelin stars for the restaurant he presided over in Hong Kong for many years. For lunch, there is a beautifully prepared dim sum menu.

Restored coffered ceilings and elegant design pay homage to Shanghai culture; the room is finished with turquoise raw silk wallpaper, black lacquer panels and art deco patterned carpets.
