The brasserie Le Chai is situated in our old wine making building and imparts the cordiality of its origins. Serves all the famous regional specialties such as Magret de Canard- Confit and home-made Foie Gras. A lighter lunch is also offered in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. You can dine outside under an ancient walnut tree while admiring the views of the lake- parkland and Chateau. On the cooler winter evenings the open fireplace adds to the warm atmosphere of the Chai.
Bar Le Club
The Bar Le 19 is situated in the East Wing of the Chateau- open from April to October. All manner of drinks are served here as well as light snacks from 11am to 7pm. The ideal place to relax after a golf game or to enjoy the beautiful sight-seeing or golf and many of our guests like to relax outside on the terrace overlooking the lake and watch the sunset- sipping a cocktail before dinner.
At the Maria Galland Institute of Wellness and Beauty you will find a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. They offer cardio-fitness room with bikes, a stepper, weight bench, running machine and rower machine. Enjoy a range of Maria Galland beauty care “haute couture treatments, tailored to suit the individual”. The outdoor heated swimming pool of the castle is opened from May to September. Château des Vigiers forms the centerpiece of a spectacular 27 hole golf course designed by Donald Steel. Arranged in three 9-hole loops, giving three 18-hole combinations, the golf course is set amongst plum orchards, oak woods, lakes and vineyards. Donald Steel, the architect of the course, commented that “the creation of the 9th hole of the Lac course was particularly difficult but the result makes this the most spectacular hole I have ever designed”.
