ACTIVITIES:
Dominating the Bocca di Bavedda pass, connecting the Alta Rocca with the east coast of Corsica. The site is characterized by its dramatic landscape of rocky needles, spires and cliffs that follow the horizon, with trees at higher levels often stunted by the weather and difficult climatic conditions.
Bonifacio is famous for its chalky cliffs, picturesque port, Genoese citadel and its sea caves. An ancient city that is, year after year, the most visited in Corsica. It is estimated that one visitor in three to Corsica spends at least a day in the so-called City of the Cliffs.
Discover the beautiful beaches along south coast of Corsica, soak up the sun on Palombaggia’s white sand, snorkel in Santa Giulia’s lagoon, and savor a lunch of local specialties, like crayfish, in the Sant’Amanza cove. All easily accessible aboard the hotel’s own boat, available for full-day rentals.
A 10-metre boat is available for sea fishing (bream, bass, yellowtail), and the Ortolo River is good for trout and eel.
Palombaggia, Santa Giulia and Rondinara offer beautiful stretches of powdery golden sand and shallow crystal clear blue water. The pink granite headlands that enclose the beach add to the rich variety of colors. A protected nature site, the areas are well maintained.
Porto Cervo, on the Italian island of Sardinia, is a veritable haven for shopping mavens, who will find prestigious fashion houses and exclusive jewelers, boasting the finest craftsmanship. All the top international brands are available along The Walk of Porto Cervo, just 30 minutes away by helicopter.
Ranked at #1 in terms of location among the top 50 best golf courses in France, Sperone is unique in that it brings together on one single course all 3 of the main types of courses: links, inland and mountain. Playing here is an absolute pleasure.

Set on a magnificent 6,100 acre beach fringed private estate and working farm, this exclusive eco chic retreat rests on the southern tip of Corsica. All feature timbered ceilings, woodburning fireplaces, antiques and traditional furniture, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens with stone sinks, wine cellars with selected Corsican wines, private heated pools and hypnotically beautiful views. Two of the villas are set in a private beach cove.
Taste the products of the working farm & organic garden, from the sea and Corsican terroir. Dining choices include the beach and its La Table de la Plage, a terraced seaside restaurant & bar built entirely of driftwood offering the best of the MMediterranean, or La Table de la Ferme, a 1 Michelin-star restaurant highlighting the seasonal products from the farm and local producers, hosting the Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Pacaud in season, or La Table de la Grotte, a natural cave with terraces lit with candlelight from where dinners overlook what must be one of the most beautiful views on Earth. And amongst this classic Corsican wilderness, enjoy infinite leisure activities as is possible in one day: fish in the sea thanks to our own boat, or fish the endemic trout in a river, ride a horse, hike a trail, play our 12-hole golf course designed by Kyle Phillips or enjoy the open air seaside spa or the private beach.
There are 13 properties, ranging from two-person bergeries to a fortress-style maison de maître sleeping 12, with separate accommodation for guests’ own staff. Large parties can also rent the ‘hamlet’, three separate cottages with a renovated barn for communal feasts. All are built in the local idiom from masonry found on the estate and fitted out with salvage materials, from chestnut floorboards and cast-iron baths to stone sinks grooved with the use of generations. Pools are situated on commanding heights or eased into existing rock formations. Some of the guest houses come with a sauna and two have access to their own private beach.

At Murtoli, Mother Nature is all around. A return to the roots that goes deliciously through the restaurants as well. First and foremost, taste the products of the working farm, from the sea and the Corsican terroir of the local area. The veal and the lamb of the farm, the fruits and vegetables of our garden, the olive oil of the mill, the cheeses of our ewes, the poultry, the milk, the eggs, the honey of our hives, the fishes and the sea urchins caught at early in the morning, herbs from the Corsican maquis.
As for dining; you have the choice between the beach and its La Table de la Plage, built entirely of driftwood offering the best of the Mediterranean, or La Table de la Ferme, a 1 Michelin-star restaurant highlighting the seasonal products from the farm and local producers, hosting the Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Pacaud in season, or even La Table de la Grotte, a natural cave with terraces from where dinners overlook what must be one of the most beautiful views on Earth. There, a even deeper experience of the local terroir and traditional Corsican recipes is served… Should you wish to lay back and stay at home, just order a catering service delivered to your house.
Murtoli offers a large variety of local products, coming both from its soil and from the nearby sea. You will savor veal and lamb bred in our farm, fruits and vegetables grown in our garden, olive oil produced in our mill, and freshly caught sea bream (Dorade) and sea urchin. A thousand and one flavors to discover, cunningly seasoned with the scents of regional Maquis herbs.

La Grotte
At the gourmet restaurant, Le Casadelmar , awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Guide , the Italian chef Fabio Bragagnolo offers a refined Mediterranean cuisine that magnifies the products by playing subtle and harmonious alliances. The menu expresses an airy modernity that sublimates spices, textures and sauces that he elaborates tirelessly. Some exotic notes produce singular but always balanced contrasts. The secret of Fabio is to “seek above all to respect the products to extract the quintessence”.Cannelloni of denti with cake, caviar, freshness fruits and vegetables with bergamot. Saint-Pierre cooked at low temperature, quinoa with baccala and horseradish. Fillet of veal with combawa, Sauris cheek, “bagna cauda” style artichoke .

Grill And Lounge Bar
Under the pergolas covered with wisteria or on the large panoramic terrace , the Grill and the Lounge Bar offer a greedy card tinged with exoticism to enjoy overlooking the bay.Pasta, salads, slices of fine Italian meats, fish tartares, grilled meats, magnificent sushi platters .

The Brunch Of Casadelmar
Every Sunday find yourself with family or friends around our inescapable brunch.

Spa
A dark wood, Japanese fabric and Medici marble make up the wellness area of Casadelmar , designed by the architect as a retreat sheltered from the light and the exuberant surrounding vegetation. An invitation to “let go” in a cozy cocoon, the spa offers a wide range of natural treatments and ancestral therapies based around the rituals of the British brand ESPA , whose therapeutic effects extend into physical and emotional benefits.

Pool
The facilities here are first class: the heated infinity pool is the perfect place to relax and soak up the Corsican sunshine, whilst the stunning spa features a range of treatments, fitness equipment and a resting space overlooking the sea.

Beach
