In wintertime, “La Salle à manger” (the dining room) spotlights the truffle. The “black diamond’s” powerful and unforgettable flavor inspired the chef to create an exclusive all truffle menu.

The Alpage des Fermes de Marie has preserved the hardworking spirit of the farmers who used to bring their animals up to the high mountain pastures to graze in times gone by. Refurbished with unpolished, authentic materials, this mountain pasture chalet successfully recreates an authentic atmosphere and a timeless history. The rudimentary decoration has nothing of the superficial or staged about it: the patina acquired over the years bears witness to the fact!
