The 47 spacious rooms all look onto the vineyards and have outdoor terraces on which to soak up the views. Interiors are muted in colour with natural oak floors, oak desks, hand-crafted sofas and fabric wallpapers on which flowers have been shaded in yellows or blues. Linen is exquisite. Bathrooms have limestone basins, free-standing tubs and rain showers. Toiletries are from Hermès. Every room has an Illy coffee machine and Jing teas.

Positioned on the ground floor, these eight spacious rooms enjoy a privacy preserved through the vegetation that faces it. The vines stand distinctly in the background. Panoramic Rooms
Three spacious signature rooms are positioned at the corners of the building, offering a wide view and complete privacy. Each is unique, but all range from 480 square feet to and 580 square feet, and connect a second Royal Room. Bathed in natural light, these rooms revisit French classic design, offer a generous sofa, a room awash in French character and custom-made furniture.

Josephine Suite
The 1,070-square-foot Josephine Suite incorporates the same decorative influences as the other 48 guest rooms, though on a much grander scale. The Suite includes a bedroom, a dressing room with generous dimensions, and an adjacent living room for lounging around on lazy mornings. Through skylights, dappled sunlight creates angular shadows of the natural and raw materials, while a spectacular view of the Marne Valley is revealed through panoramic windows.

Set beneath a thousand crystal pendants that reflect the sun’s rays, Le Bellevue takes its cues from the terroir of Champagne. Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland sources his produce and meat from locals and friends in the region, resulting in an ever-changing menu full of rich stories and intense flavors.

Abysse Bar & Terrace
We stop there from noon to one in the morning. To meet, have lunch, share. For a first drink at the counter, for the sacred aperitif. For a sunset, for the last drink too.

The Chef’s Table
In the heart of stainless steel kitchens, and a brigade in action, the chef receives a few privileged guest by reservation only. Some nights, he even dedicates the space to children, exclusively.
The spa offers a vast range of treatments available from Biologique Recherche. There are two large swimming pools, one indoor and one out. Electric bikes are available to borrow if you want to explore the Unesco world heritage countryside and cycle past the vineyards of Tattinger and Moët & Chandon, into sleepy villages, and to a beautiful 1927 riverboat upon which Captain Jerome will take you along the bottle green River Marne into Épernay.
