ACTIVITIES:
Experience the exhilaration of climbing a steep ski slope in a huge piste basher, flattening everything that lies in your path. This somewhat quirky and really unique experience will make you appreciate all the hard work that goes into preparing the ski pistes every night. You can then carve your turns the following day on the pristine piste that you helped to prepare!
This is an exceptional evening starting with a snow-scooter outing on the ski area; along forest paths, on pistes and experiencing the thrill of “off-piste” driving. The tour is led by one or two guides for one hour, leading you to a woodcutter’s hut where your Savoyard evening will start, with music, wine and traditional Savoyard food.
Driven by a professional musher comfortably seated in the sledge, covered by a fur blanket, looking for animal tracks and experiencing the exhilaration of speeding through the forest with only the sound of the dogs for company. Or take the reigns and have a go at steering the pack yourself. Whoa!
With your guide to show you the way through the forest and along the frozen lakes in the peace and tranquility of the freshly fallen snow; in small groups or individually, you can learn about and appreciate the surrounding nature, wildlife and history of Courchevel.
Take off from Courchevel heliport and see the largest ski area in the world from above. The three valleys are a sight to behold, or fly directly across to Mont Blanc for a bird’s eye view of Europe’s highest mountain peak.
If you have a reason to celebrate, why not take off with the sun rise and soar above the ski resort while enjoying a glass of Champagne high above the mountains. In private or shared baskets you’ll enjoy a truly unique view looking down on the ski piste below and across the valley toward Mont Blanc visible in the distance. An inspired gift idea and wonderful experience not to be missed.
