The hotel boasts five restaurants — including two Michelin-starred restaurant, Atelier and the world-famous Trader Vic’s — as well as six bars.

Atelier
Distinctive, precise, and elegant – the description fits not only the outstanding modern European cuisine at this three Michelin-starred restaurant, but also the décor of lauded designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt. Chef Jan Hartwig’s menu sounds deceptively simple — monkfish with caviar, saddle of lamb with ricotta — but his pairings, his sourcing, and his technique astonish in every dish.

Garden
Awarded 15 Gault-Millau points, this elegant eatery serves traditional brasserie cuisine with a modern twist. Order guinea fowl ballotine or pan-fried turbot in the light and airy winter garden, decorated with an understated, contemporary look.

Palais Keller
Descend to the hotel’s 15th-century vaults to discover authentic Bavarian cuisine. Sample a traditional weisswurst breakfast or opt for mouth-watering pretzels straight from the bakery.

Trader Vic’s
Exotic Polynesian delicacies take center stage at Trader Vic’s, where original dishes such as butterfish and tuna tartar with papaya are prepared in a beech oven. The space is decorated in a colorful Tiki style, with shells and carvings from the South Pacific.

Falk’s Bar
Located under the eye-catching stucco ceilings in the Hall of Mirrors — the only part of the hotel untouched by the Second World War — Falk’s Bar delivers classic cocktails and original creations such as the award-winning Skyfall, a Champagne-based recipe flavored with Cointreau, vanilla syrup, bitters and grapefruit juice.

Night Club Bar
Choose a glass of Champagne or a perfectly crafted cocktail and relax to the strains of live jazz.

Polar Bar
At Munich’s coolest winter drinking spot, the wind-protected bench seats and roaring fireplaces at Polar Bar will keep you warm, along with trendy drinks and hot snacks, under the starry sky.
Designed by André Putman, the 13,000-square-foot rooftop spa offers a pool, saunas, steam bath, sun deck and fitness studio.

Blue Spa
High above the roofs of Munich, the 1,300-square-meter Blue Spa is the crowning glory of the Bayerischer Hof, designed for the ultimate in relaxation and healing. Andrée Putman created an oasis that includes a lavish mosaic tile pool with a glass roof that can be opened, sumptuous saunas, steam bath, solarium, and fitness studio. A team of internationally skilled therapists welcomes guests with luxurious body and beauty treatments that impart radiance and vitality. Afterwards, visitors can enjoy the Blue Spa Bar & Lounge with sun terraces, an open fireplace and winter garden for snacks, cocktails and breathtaking views over Munich.

Pool
A delightful journey from the heated indoor swimming pool with its pummeling water jets, to the hammam, the Finnish sauna and the jacuzzi, and then the rainforest shower, giving rise to invigorating sensations that promote wellness.

Gym
Soothing views of the pool and vineyards may help you reach a personal best with the treadmill, elliptical machine, or free weights as you lose yourself in the surrounding natural beauty.
