La Casa has a total of 14 rooms and suites, each with views of the green and surrounding hills, covered in orderly rows of olive trees, and beyond, live oaks, strawberry trees and mastic trees, which give off an unmistakable balsamic aroma of the Mediterranean macchia.

Guests in downstairs room can enjoy the intimacy of a scented garden; those upstairs have their own private terrace. Designed by Mocchetti & Partners studio, all the rooms and suites at ‘La Casa’ are tastefully furnished using materials and colours to convey the true essence of the Maremma Grossetana.  Wood, leather pony and marble. Orange, red and pale grey as well as brick-red and dark brown. The interior design of the rooms reflects the uniqueness of this place, which is genuinely land yet also irresistibly sea, since the extraordinary force and vitality of the Tyrrhenian sea reach thus far. From the terrace or the garden, you can feel the vigorous vibration of the macchia, blending here with the salty fragrance of the coastal onshore wind.

There are two restaurants at L’Andana – La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini and La Villa.La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini is located in the ancient granary of Grand Duke Leopold II of Lorraine. The rooms inside the old granary have large windows overlooking the Mediterranean vineyards and with kitchen equipment and a wood oven on display, you can observe whilst dinner is prepared for you. There is a fantastic cellar, which is open to guests and with over 150 different labels on display, including red wines belonging to the Moretti family, Petra and Tenuta La Badiola. Its a beautiful restaurant and offers the ideal opportunity to sample traditional cuisine. The restaurant is open only in the evenings.La Villa restaurant has a cosy, informal kitchen leading to an intimate dining room, with views from the veranda overlooking the park, the chapel and the pool. Designed by the architect Ettore Mocchetti, director of AD Italia, L’ Andana’s ESPA SPA covers an area over 600 square meters, divided into four sections, two of which are thermal, with slate floors. This place is surrounded by a refined atmosphere, with suggestive ceiling vaults, natural materials, warm colors and romantic scented candles. There are 4 treatment cabins, one of which is dedicated to two treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a steam room and a vitality pool.
