A bar à la mode, decorated with energetic graphic motifs, Jacky Bar exhales an atmosphere somewhere between Cotton Club and Cuba of the 50’s, chasing a vaguely nostalgic vein that can also be captured in some rooms. A sumptuous white grand piano accompanied by a wall decorated with a fine collection of Borsalino panama hats brings both worlds back to mind. Gathering spot for guests and island habitués, Jacky Bar’s large scenic terrace pursues supreme views over Capri’s sunsets where one can fancy sipping a Signature Cocktail prior to diving into Capri’s night scene.

Terrazza Tiberio, with magnificent views over Capri and the sea, shines with an updated-chic atmosphere. The menu is based on a strong Caprese and Mediterranean identity, aiming for quality and seasonal use of ingredients with local recipes. Alongside with signature proposals such as caprese ravioli and spaghetti with clams and parsley, dishes such as lemon scented seabass escalope can be savored.

‘Ingredient Based Cuisine’, the new gastronomical proposal of Ristorante Terrazza Tiberio. A simple and genuine cuisine, based on the quest for original, authentic and top-quality seasonal ingredients. A maximum of three/four ingredients, for them to be able to fully express their flavor and texture. It represents our interpretation of Mediterranean and Italian gastronomy. As ‘Mediterranean’ indicates the utilisation of ingredients from the whole Mediterranean area, so ‘Italian’ indicates the approach to food and cooking that is typically Italian – absolute compliance with the cycle of seasons being one of this cuisine’s features. In fact, by emphasising ingredients we commit ourselves to the history, culture and peculiarities of areas of production. All this lies in the Executive Chef Francesco De Simone’s skilful hands.

Besides the traditional cuisine, Kosher-Glatt (meat only) dishes certified by the Orthodox Union are served in a reserved area, proposing an innovative menu which blends Kosher rules and typical Italian recipes for lunch, dinner and Shabbat. Ristorante Terrazza Tiberio is proud to feature an indoor Kosher section, which is the only one being certified by the Orthodox Union south of Rome. A Kosher-Glatt cuisine that offers meat from Manchester, the strongest guarantee in terms of Kashrut standard. The in-house Mashghiah is a further guarantee that everything, from the quality of ingredients to the procedures to cook them, complies with the rules of Kosher cuisine.

The approach of Ristorante Terrazza Tiberio to Kosher cuisine is the same as our traditional cuisine. One main ingredient and a maximum of two or three secondary ingredients to emphasise its flavour. No more elements to add but love and passion. Nothing that might risk of altering the taste of ingredients that are as good as they are. A wide range of Kosher wines goes to enrich our cellar, thus answering the needs of the most diverse tastes.

Our Mojito Terrace is located on the 4th floor of Capri Tiberio Palace. It can be enjoyed as a venue for a couple’s massage, private special events as well as the connecting terrace to the fab Bellevue Suite.

The heated pool features funky art installations by Giampiero Panepinto and vast views over Capri and the Mediterranean Sea.  The most renowned beach clubs are located nearby the hotel, within walking distance or an easy taxi ride.
