Park View Prestige Rooms are elegantly furnished and offer a peaceful position overlooking the centuries-old grounds of the hotel. Each of the rooms are different and have either a panoramic bow-window or a balcony.

Exceptionally spacious and bright, Park View Deluxe Rooms offer a master bedroom and living area with bow-window or small terrace, and are also ideal for a family of three. The rooms are tastefully decorated with period furniture from the Hotel’s historic collection. Bathrooms are beautifully finished with red Alicante or Spring Yellow marble features; all have double basin and separate shower and bath.

Lake View Prestige Rooms combine elegant interiors with the majesty of the Lake. From the balcony you can enjoy breathtaking views over Lake Como with the views to Bellagio and Punta Balbianello.

Lake View Deluxe Rooms are located at the corners of the Palace and offer beautiful views over the Riviera delle Azalee and Lake Como. The rooms are flooded with light thanks to two wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows, one of which opens onto the delightful balcony: the ideal place to relax and take in the charming scenery.

This Suite is a tribute to the style of one of the most famous ladies ever associated with Lake Como: Princess Carlotta, the historic owner of wonderful Villa Carlotta and neighbour of the hotel. This outstanding suite on the second floor of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo offers a spacious and inviting wood-panelled foyer leading into the drawing room, which is separated from the bedroom by two graceful arches.

Suite Aurelia pays homage to one of the “Great Ladies” of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo and the magnificent suite even displays some of her personal collection of antiques. Located on the third floor, Aurelia boasts two balconies with panoramic views of the lake and the village of Bellagio. The bathroom offers a whirlpool bath and separate shower.

As the most important historic suite, the Greta is inspired by the regal charisma of one of Hollywood’s greatest actresses. Greta Garbo in fact mentions the hotel in the famous film “Grand Hotel”. Located on the first floor of the Palace, the magnificent Suite Greta has one bedroom, two bathrooms and a living area; the focal point throughout is the huge private terrace overlooking stunning Lake Como. A spacious wood-panelled foyer leads into the drawing room, which is discreetly separated from the bedroom by a wall with two graceful arches.

The newest addition of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo suites, Emilia is located in the 18th century Villa Emilia and features a private entrance to the exclusive T Spa. Set independently from the main hotel, Suite Emilia is ideally suited for guests looking for absolute privacy, whilst retaining access to all the amenities and comforts of the hotel itself.

The classically decorated and peaceful Garden Suite is located within the parkland of the hotel. With a separate bedroom, two bathrooms and private access to a small garden, the Garden Suite offers ideal accommodation for a family, sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Rooftop Junior Suites on the top floor have their own private butler and are furnished with a mix of period and contemporary pieces. With sumptuous bathrooms, these Junior Suites have a stunning master bedroom and living area which opens out onto a spectacular private terrace with side views over Lake Como, looking towards Bellagio or Balbianello. A whirlpool bath makes the terrace simply unique.

Set at the corners of the Palace roof, the Rooftop Corner Suites offer a wood-panelled foyer leading to the stunning bedroom, where a delightful balcony looks straight out over the water. The fabulous views over stunning Lake Como can also be admired from the wonderful Cedarstone marble bathroom, with its spectacular central island, shower and panoramic whirlpool bath with large window.

With a spectacular setting, the two Front Suites are the most exclusive of the Rooftop Suites. Breathtaking views await from the drawing room and the furnishings in the living and dining area combine elegant antique pieces with stylish contemporary design. In the bedroom there is a spacious dressing room and the bathroom is decorated in warm-grained Imperial marble with a whirlpool bath and separate shower.

The Rooftop Penthouse is made up of an outstanding Front Suite with direct access to a Corner Suite. The Penthouse offers spacious drawing rooms to stylish bedrooms, from bathrooms fitted out with sumptuous, exquisite marble to spectacular terraces with hot tubs, heated and lit for evening enjoyment also.

Built in the 16th century, the magnificent Villa Sola Cabiati was redesigned in the neoclassical style in the second half of the 18th century. Duke Gian Galeazzo Serbelloni gave the villa its unmistakable elegance by adding two beautiful side wings, the large staircase, the marble balconies, and the blue shutters – an homage to the lake waters – completing the harmony of the design with the Italian garden.

The finest and tastiest examples of Italian cuisine, reinterpreted by the Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi together with our Executive Chef Osvaldo Presazzi, served on the loveliest terrace on the whole of Lake Como. The lake takes centre stage on and off the plate, in the food and in the view.
