From the big windows, the view over the wood is exciting! One double room, two single rooms and two bathrooms, with another double bed room and a bathroom equipped with bathtub and Hamman shower. The living area with fireplace has an open space kitchen corner. The sun kisses the spacious terrace overlooking the Piz Sorega for the whole day and it´s perfect for a BBQ or a panoramic lunch in the summer; in winter it becomes a suggestive scenery on the snow-covered wood.

Our popular De Luxe Double Rooms, seized 30 – 41 m², are divided in those with balcony facing south and in those with a more spacious living area and bathroom. They dispose all of a Ladin style living area with authentic local antique furnishings. The bathrooms have a ceramic or marble bath with shower, some with walk-in shower and double basins. The airy De Luxe Single Rooms with 27 m² are equipped with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. They feature a small sitting area.

Spacious and elegantly decorated with precious fabrics, the Junior Suites, seized 43 – 50 m², certainly provide comfort and relax during your stay. They are individually themed and furnished with great attention for details. Junior Suites are equipped with a stylish living area, twin beds, some have a balcony. The spacious bathrooms feature bathtub, walk-in shower and double basins.

Exquisitely unique, each of the state-of-the-art Loft Suites in the wooden Chalet wing, encompasses charming variations of the local style that is so distinctive to the area. Our Loft Suites, open-plan and sized around 50 m² with a 10 m² terrace facing south, reflect the refinements of authentic local style combined with modern touches featuring flat-screen televisions, stereos and high speed internet access. Big charme apartments, located on the first and attic floor of “Residence San Kassian”. Located in a very good position, one-minute walk from Hotel Rosa Alpina and the centre of San Cassiano, with its shops and cosy bars with fantastic cakes. Comfortable and bright, enhanced by natural light, the apartments give you a great atmosphere and hospitality. A private refuge located on the top floor of the Engelstrakt. The entirely renovated Penthouse on the fourth-floor spans over 180 sqm, offering fabulous views of San Cassiano and the surrounding Dolomites peaks. It houses three suites, a living room with dining area, bar, kitchen and fireplace. The Penthouse has a private access by internal elevator and can be interconnecting with all three suites. For utmost guest comfort, three generously appointed suites combine mountain charm with Italian elegance and designer furnishings, offering an outstanding contemporary retreat for families and friends.

Sorega apartment is very nice and bright thanks to its big terrace, surrounding part of the south perimeter, which is the sunniest side overlooking on the marvellous view on Piz Sorega´s wood and mountain tops. The apartment has wide windows, and it´s composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with Finnish sauna for 4/6 people and a toilette á jour. A nice room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed completes the night area. In the living room you will find big sofas and a wood fireplace, perfect for relaxing during the cold days in winter or during the stormy evenings in the summer.

In our Suites, seized 44-58 m², the living area can be separated from the bedroom. The Suites are furnished according to different themes which refer to the local culture. They include a comfortable sitting area with sofa and dispose in part of a fire-place or tiled stoves. Some Suites are on two floors. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, bath tub and double basins.

Norbert Niederkofler’s culinary roots can be traced back to his father in the Valle Aurina, a small valley in the province of Bolzano, where he developed a love of home cooking using local quality products. Norbert was first taught in Germany, then he moved to Switzerland, to the USA, to Austria and then back to Germany where he was trained by legendary chefs Jörg Müller, Eckart Witzigmann and back in Italy by Nadia Santini. In 1994 Norbert joined eventually the Rosa Alpina, where he started to renew completely the F&B opening in 1996 the St. Hubertus.

Cheese and meat fondue will be served in our Stube with very few tables. A perfect family style dinner after a day on the ski slopes or after having been hiking in the middle of the beautiful Dolomites. Why not a Fondue?
Either with meat or cheese, followed by one made of the finest chocolate brings back memories of childhood, mountain peaks and snow.

For a hearty start to a day in the Dolomites, our restaurant Limonaia offers an extensive breakfast buffet to be enjoyed over crisp table linens and in front of wide-windowed forest views. It includes fresh bread baked with multiples flours and warm homemade croissants, handmade jams, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and eggs prepared to your taste, fresh juices, espresso and cappuccino, different blends of American coffee and a wide selection of teas and infusions.

The Restaurant St. Hubertus, whose name stands for the patron of the hunters, was opened in 1996. At that time, only a small part of the then-pizzeria was transformed into a tiny restaurant with Norbert Niederkofler as head chef. In 2000 the efforts were honoured with the first Michelin star. The following year the pizzeria disappeared and the restaurant was expanded and refurbished getting its today’s look: nine tables in the dining room, one chef’s table with a view to the kitchen and one small table at the open fireplace.

The Wine Bar & Grill is an informal and young restaurant, specialized in grilled meat and vegetables it also offers home made pasta dishes, rich salads and local specialities. The pizza cooked in wood oven fire has become famous in the whole area. The unique atmosphere with cozy corners and funky tables is topped by the simplicity and creativity of the menu that goes from pizza to homemade pasta and from Mozzarella to perfectly grilled meat.

Our indoor pool with relaxation area is located on a mezzanine on the ground floor. Natural stone serpentine and untreated spruce wood create absolutely pleasant contrasts. Our indoor swimming pool enjoys a magnificent view to our private garden and the forest.
