At the heart of Monaco’s Exotic Gardens, children (and their parents!) are invited to the Prehistoric Anthropology Museum! It contains the relics of the very first inhabitants of the Principality and of the region. The family leaves the hotel in our electric car Nosmoke, and upon arrival, a Professor in Archaeology takes them on a guided tour. First stop, an excavation workshop, followed by tea time served on the museum terrace and a visit of the prehistoric cave, revealing spectacular limestone formations, created throughout millenniums! With two Michelin stars, “Restaurant Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo” specializes in refined dishes with Mediterranean flavors. “Yoshi”, Joël Robuchon’s only Japanese restaurant in the world, has one Michelin star and offers traditional Japanese cuisine in a bold and contemporary setting designed by Didier Gomez. The Mediterranean-inspired menu created by Joël Robuchon promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The authentic and enticing cuisine champions fresh, high quality products and produce. Thanks to its open kitchen, the two Michelin-starred restaurant allows guests to admire Executive Chef Christophe Cussac and his team prepare dishes in a flawlessly orchestrated performance.

Yoshi
YOSHI, Joël Robuchon’s first Japanese restaurant in the world, features healthy contemporary cuisine produced by Japanese Chef Takeo Yamazaki, under the direction of Christophe Cussac. The one Michelin-starred restaurant offers the freshest nigiri, maki, sashimi, fish and cooked meat teppanyaki-style, alongside the best sakés and Japanese green teas. A serene and chic interior, created by French Designer Didier Gomez, accommodates up to forty diners and leads out to a Japanese-inspired garden imagined by landscape gardener Jacques Messin.

Bar & Lobby
Glamorous, elegant and cozy, the Lobby Bar offers the opportunity to indulge in delicious treats inspired by Joël Robuchon. It’s a place where time passes by slowly, while guests catch up over coffee or tea, sip a cocktail or enjoy a laid-back lunch or dinner. The architect Jacques Garcia reinvented the bar and lobby area to create an open space where guests can sit back and relax, read a good book or meet with friends. Music playing softly in the background, curated by Béatrice Ardisson, enhances these perfect moments.

Odyssey, an haute couture setting dreamt up by renowned designer Karl Lagerfeld, benefits from three magnificent cabanas on the sundeck.
