Provided in the main kitchen of one of the most grandiose riads, workshops are organized by groups of 2 to 4 people to ensure each participant a personalized welcome in a nice ambiance. The guests will learn how to prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert. They will begin with a visit of the souks with the chef and a guide to buy good and fresh products. At the end of each session, the guests will taste the dishes they have prepared during a friendly lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina or in the dining room. A list of recipes dedicated by the chef will be given at the end of the course to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.
A 4 hour visit that immerses you in the daily activities of a local farm that produces a range of organic products such as cheeses, honey, olive oil, saffron. Thursday night means free tapas between 7pm and 8pm, and there is live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday brunch is a very pleasant way to to spend a couple of hours, accompanied by cool bottle of locally made Moroccan rosé. Day-to-day breakfasts are a generous buffet affair groaning beneath the weight of Moroccan breads and pastries, fruits salads and farmhouse cheeses as well as some more traditional fare like bessara (fava bean) soup sprinkled with cumin.
