The luxurious furnishings come from the north of Portugal, recreating the styles of King D. João V and Queen D. Maria I, with Art Deco, colonial, Algarvian and neocassic flourishes. Of the three distinct sections, the Palace Wing offers the most traditionally Portuguese interiors, while the Garden Wing and Villas have a more contemporary feel.
Warm and welcoming with a fairytale light feel, hand-painted ceilings, Murano glass chandeliers, fresh flowers, polished antiques and stone floors. There are three different wings of the hotel which have been skilfully combined to merge the 18th century with the 21st century. Rooms look onto the verdant gardens with cascading fountain and large swimming pool with the Tagus River beyond. The service is professional and friendly with smiling long-timers creating a special atmosphere. Le Pavillon Restaurant Bar
The Restaurant-Bar Le Pavillon, located at the Outdoor Pool, is now open for the Spring/Summer Season of 2019. Normally opened from May until September, offering unique cocktails, homemade iced teas and fresh fruit juices around the pool. Open for lunch, serving a selection of sandwiches, fresh fish and seafood as well as light snacks and a wide selection of salads. When the season is about to start, you can have a glimpse of our Menu here and enjoy Lisbons’ Sun.
Rio Tejo Bar
The bright Rio Tejo Bar is one of the most beautiful retreats in the city, ideal for a business meeting and an informal drink on the terrace overlooking the Tagus River. During the Winter for the afternoon Tea Time, from 3:45 PM to 6:30 PM Rio Tejo Bar has a Tea Menu to propose to you, offering a variety of 30 different types of tea selected from countries such as India, China, Vietnam and Japan.
