Presidential Suite
Named after iconic Russian composers, these magnificent corner suites are filled with antique Russian paintings, sculptures and furniture. The glamorous entrance hallway has an antique dressing mirror and a guest bathroom. Chandeliers illuminate the library and dining room. The separate sitting room has an office area with a computer and printer. Works by Stravinsky, Rebikov and Shostakovich line the bookshelves. In master bedroom you’ll find a king-sized bed, a mirrored wall, a dressing room and a walk-in wardrobe. The guest bedroom has its own en suite.

Royal Suite
Filled with antiques, the two-bedroom Tchaikovsky Royal Suite has an outdoor terrace overlooking St Isaac’s Square, the Nicolas I statue and Mariinsky Palace. The suite opens onto a large entrance hall with an antique dressing mirror and a guest bathroom, which leads to the library and dining room. To the left is a guest bedroom with its own bathroom. To the right of the dining room is a sitting room with an office area. Works by Russian composers line the bookshelves. In master bedroom you’ll find a king-sized bed, a mirrored wall, a dressing room and a walk-in wardrobe.

Tsar Suite
One of the most stylish suites in St Petersburg, the Tsar Suite located on top floor features a beautifully appointed master bedroom decorated in rich shades of turquoise and warm brown, with a dressing room and large marble bathroom, a private gym and a massage room. Fully equipped study with the library makes working while away comfortable. Three more separate bedrooms can be connected to the suite, each with a private bathroom and a separate entrance, making it perfect for family gatherings and business stays with an entourage.
The ground-floor Astoria Restaurant, replete with large chandeliers and theatrical art prints on the walls, has been one of the city’s most consistent high-end restaurants for over a century. The menu, spanning Russian classics and French and international dishes, isn’t extensive but everything is made to perfection. Signature dishes include an Olivier salad with Kamchatka crab, Siberian Pelmeni and a delicious beef stroganoff. The wine list stretches to Italy and France, but also carries bottles from Russia and the Crimea. A bar on the other side of reception is named after royal photographer Patrick Lichfield. It features some of his black-and-white prints and a fine selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Both have occasional live music. Breakfast, served in the main restaurant, is a refined spread of mueslis and fruits, cheeses and chopped vegetables, and a few special à la carte options including eggs Benedict, champagne and caviar.

Astoria Restaurant
Astoria Restaurant is a place where cultures are blended as harmoniously as flavours. Our newest St Petersburg restaurant offers European cuisine and classic Russian dishes with a modern twist. Beluga caviar. Siberian dumplings. Chicken Pozharskaya. Oysters every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The decoration by Olga Polizzi includes dramatic prints from the Mariinsky Theatre, whose opera singers number among our guests.
