On the menu are the best of Singapore’s culinary delicacies represented by a melting pot of diverse cultures including Western classics. Located at the heart of the historically rich Fullerton Heritage precinct, with spectacular views of the Marina Bay waterfront, La Brasserie charms with its unrivalled setting and finely curated menu of French ‘cuisine du soleil’ classics, which feature lighter Mediterranean flavours and touches. By way of its food, ambience, service, and distinctive approach to detail, decorum and generosity of spirit, the restaurant – with its own street front access – evokes elegance over business lunches, handsome steak dinners and family-friendly weekend brunches. Diners are seated in two exquisite, spacious salons and a private room, all with 10 metre-high windows, and an al fresco terrace, to enjoy the beautiful vista of orange sunsets over superb food, wine and Fullerton hospitality.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Lantern

The Lantern rooftop bar at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore derives its evocative name from Clifford Pier’s historical Chinese name of Red Lantern Pier. The pier, the key landing point for Singapore’s early immigrants and seafarers, was lit by red lanterns that provided illumination for the shoreward journey along Marina Bay. Framed by an infinity lap pool and green landscaping, the stylish rooftop bar offers dazzling panoramic views of Marina Bay waterfront and Singapore’s skyscraper skyline. Chill to the grooves and sensual beats of house music while savouring gourmet snacks, fine champagnes, wines and signature cocktails whipped up by our resident mixologist.

On weekday nights (7pm to 8pm only), hotel guests are invited to join the sunset yoga session held at the nearby Clifford Square.
