Singita boulder lodge room

Singita Boulders Lodge is an iconic masterpiece built amongst the rocky geometry of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Singita is known for its unprecedented level of excellence, from the game-viewing experiences of the Sabi Sand Private Reserve to the carefully blended contemporary African design. This is one of the best safari experiences Africa has to offer. Singita Boulders Lodge is set along the banks of the Sand River in Singita’s privately owned reserve within the Sabi Sand Reserve. Singita Boulders Lodge has enormous tree-top decks, giving unparalleled views over the surrounding countryside, and boasts impeccable yet unobtrusive service at all times. Activities focus on exploring the area with your expert guide, either on foot or by vehicle, soaking up all the highlights that Africa provides, and keeping eyes and ears open for the Big Five which frequent this area. The suites at Singita Boulders are one-of-a-kind – stylish, spacious and with vast sundecks overlooking the wilderness, each suite has a magnificent stone bathroom and a huge, luxurious bedroom. Every suite is air-conditioned and has unobstructed views of the plains in front of camp – guests can often see lion or cheetah hunting from their bedroom window!

Singita Boulders Lodge is found on the boulders-strewn banks of the Sand River. The lodge provides a continuous connection with the prolific wildlife and birdlife for which Sabi Sand is so well known. Open to the elements or separated from the outdoors by glass walls, guest suites feel close to the river so guests can closely engage with the magnificent setting.

Each suite has an ensuite bedroom, private sitting room and game viewing deck with private plunge pool overlooking the untouched wilderness, creating the perfect sanctuary for guests during their stay. Rustic, handmade furnishings made from fossilised tree stumps, slabs of solid stone, wrought iron and leather are balanced with the soft, sensual feeling of a sheep-skin rug, natural flax bed linen and cloud-like cotton towels. These subtle layers of luxury blend soulful, sensual Africa with high design to instill a sense of tranquillity, to ease guests into the rhythm of safari life.
