With a well-established course, Grégory Halgand, Breton of origin was formed in kitchens of prestigious establishments including starred, especially in the kitchens of the relay “Bernard Loiseau” 3 * Michelin, at Mr. Patrick Jeffroy 2 * Michelin in Carantec then as Sous-Chef at Mr Jean-Luc Rabanel in Arles where he participated in obtaining the second Michelin Star.He then took the management of Parisian palaces to join the brigade of Mr. Eric Briffard 2 * Michelin Georges V and the Tour d’Argent before joining the RoyAlp team as Deputy Chief (May 2015) where he participated greatly the success of the first Michelin star in October 2016 for the gourmet restaurant, Jardin des Alpes.During his career, Grégory Halgand has been awarded various gastronomic awards, as in 2009, where he received the Second Prize of the culinary contest “Toques d’Or” and the 2nd Prize “Prosper Montagne” and finally the 3rd place of the podium of the Swiss round of the prestigious Taittinger 2016 cooking competition.Grégory Halgand is now Chef of the Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa since June 2017, he works a seasonal cuisine, always based on fresh products.The team won one Michelin star and 16 Gault & Millau points for the Jardin des Alpes restaurant.
