La Table d’Edgard
Since the arrival of chef Edgard Bovier in 2004, La Table d’Edgard has become the flagship restaurant of Lausanne Palace. Michelin-starred and rated at 18/20 by Gault & Millau, this gourmet restaurant has become the hotel’s “creative laboratory”. Guaranteeing an exceptional cuisine, it meets all the expectations you would have of a 5-star hotel, while remaining faithful to the convivial soul of Lausanne Palace. Its central location and its unobstructed view of Lake Geneva and the Alps give it an atmosphere that is both urban and peaceful.

Brasserie Grand Chene
Designed in a typical Parisian style, Brasserie du Grand Chêne at Lausanne Palace has captured the charm of the past. Green leather benches, polished parquet flooring, brass ornaments and a solid wooden staircase give it a pleasantly classic and somewhat theatrical atmosphere. Take a comfy seat at one of the tables on the raised platform, or spend some quality time at the bar. You will feel as if you are both spectator and actor in a play set in a gourmet restaurant. Any moment now, a member of a rock band or a glamorous French actor could enter – as indeed they have done on many occasions in the past. Read the brass plaques engraved with famous names adorning the walls to see who was here before you.

LP's Bar
Located halfway between Lausanne main station and the trendy Flon district, LP’s Bar is a place where celebrities, successful business people and the younger generations go to party. It has a colonial yet modern style. The dim lighting makes for a cosy atmosphere and sets the scene for a legendary bar, where you can either go to be seen or to relax in peace. LP’s Bar aims to fulfil your every wish, from morning to evening. During the day, it is the perfect place for a coffee or tea break, as it is so close to the centre yet so far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Bar 1915
Sitting comfortably on a sofa under the stylised tree – a landmark feature of Lausanne Palace – you are sure to be enchanted by the coquettish atmosphere of Bar 1915. Nothing but the occasional sound of suitcase wheels gently rattling by on the polished floor would suggest that this bar is located at the heart of a hotel lobby. Named after the year Lausanne Palace was opened, Bar 1915 is an integral part of the hotel, popular with locals and guests for gourmet coffee breaks.

Yogi Booster
Thought through in minute detail, Yogi Booster is a place where health is promoted with natural nutrition. The innovative idea came from restaurants where vegan, organic and detox foods restore people’s desire to “eat well”. “Tell me what you eat, and I’ll tell you who you are” – this concept, embracing a completely balanced and organic plant-based diet, provides an answer to all those who are concerned with “living better”.
The extensive CBE Concept Spa boasts a comprehensive menu of treatments as well as a fully-equipped gym, pool, sauna, hammam and Yogi Booster bar.

Spa
The Spa is a veritable wellness mecca in the heart of Lausanne. This unique place combines beauty treatments with the essentials of health, wellbeing, nutrition and sports. The relaxation area, as well as the wellness and treatments at Spa are open to the public.

Pool
As soon as we enter the communal areas – the heated indoor pool, the relaxation areas, the jacuzzi, the sections reserved exclusively for women / men, including saunas and hammams – we let ourselves be carried away by the relaxing atmosphere, knowing that the business meeting or get-together with friends can wait, but is nonetheless just around the corner.
