Dine Around
The culinary repertoire in Zermatt is simply too good to not make the very most of it. That is why half-board at the Mont Cervin Palace means you can dine in a different restaurant every evening. Typical Swiss dishes one day, a taste of the Mediterranean the next, Japanese delicacies the day after that – the Dine Around concept takes you on a culinary journey through every cuisine. Simply ask the concierge for more details.

Bar
To the bar before or after dinner, just for a quick drink? Or maybe a little longer after all? This is where people come to meet, celebrate with party music or relax to the gentle melodies of a piano or guitar. A colourful selection of cocktails, wines and beers are served, accompanied by a choice of light meals and snacks.

Capri restaurant
Who would have known that the Mediterranean comes to the Alps? You can find it at Ristorante Capri. Head chef Salvatore Elefante brings the cuisine of his summer months at the award-winning restaurant Il Riccio on Capri to the mountains for the winter. A taste of the Mediterranean, a view of the Alps: from the 4th floor of Le Petit Cervin a magnificent panorama of snow-covered Zermatt stretches before you.

Carnotzet
Flickering candlelight, stone walls and Swiss pine: the Carnotzet is a rustic restaurant located in the cellar of Le Petit Cervin and is available for hire for private parties of up to 30 people. What would be better in this setting than an authentic Swiss cheese or meat fondue? The team will be happy to put together an individual menu for you – and for an unforgettable evening in a special location.

Chef's Table
Regional specialities, international delicacies and well-known classics. We want no less than the very best for you: ingredients fresh from the market, award-winning culinary craft, fine wines – and service that is not about plates and glasses, but all about you. Sit back and enjoy!

Davidoff Lounge
A crackling open fire, comfy chairs, hushed sounds. Time seems to stand still in the Davidoff Lounge. Cigar-smokers can choose from a large selection of Cuban and Dominican cigars, all expertly stored in the humidor. A choice of digestifs are available to go with your cigar. If you have brought your own cigars, we will be happy to reserve a private compartment in the humidor.

Joseph's Bar
The classy, stylish bar with best live music, tasty cocktails, afternoon tea, tasty snack selection until after midnight and sophisticated smoker’s lounge.

Grill Le Cervin
A homely setting, a charcoal grill, busy chefs hard at work. It is warm, guests sit together and chat. The meat specialities from the grill are accompanied on the menu by a choice of fish fresh from the market and local specialities, all rounded off by an impressive selection of wines. Perfection from the grill to the table.

Myoko
Our mission is to bring authentic Japanese cuisine to the Alpine village. Our recipe for success is an ultra-talented kitchen crew that has learned its craft in Japan, and an uncompromising approach to quality and freshness. Sample freshly-made sushi and sashimi, specialities from the teppanyaki grill and other dishes from the Land of the Rising Sun.

Restaurant
At first glance Le Restaurant is a traditional dining room: sophisticated cuisine, extensive wine list, elegant ambience. Yet rather than resting on its “international” laurels, the cuisine is constantly being reinvented. It whisks you away on a culinary adventure around the world in its themed dinners, and the weekly gala buffets during the winter months are almost legendary.

Wine
What is the character of your favourite wine? Light, fresh and fruity? Or full-bodied, robust and aromatic? We are happy to advise. And with the excellently stocked Mont Cervin Palace wine cellar, we have almost endless resources to draw on. All our restaurants have an extensive selection of wines, each perfectly suited to the cuisine.
