Ristorante Al Bosco
The Matterhorn stands on the opposite side of the valley, almost surreal. Right next to the Riffelberg – Schweigmatten ski slope, the Al Bosco is the perfect place in winter to refuel with a hot chocolate or to have a lunch break. The dining room, at the heart of the hotel and with wood-panelled walls, exudes Alpine romanticism. The restaurant offers more than a quick breakfast or a brief evening meal. In the morning, enjoy a substantial breakfast with regional delicacies, a wide selection of healthy juices and freshly prepared scrambled eggs. In the evening, the Alexandre brings the Mediterranean to the mountains. Dining here is a must for anyone who loves fresh products from the sea, lakes or rivers, and meat lovers won’t feel short-changed at the Restaurant Alexandre either.

Vinothek
“Simply stunning!” are the first thoughts that come to mind when entering the Vinothek. A paradise for wine lovers and sommeliers that is like a little museum. Embedded in wood and stone, the wine bottles are laid down according to their origin. In winter, several wine tastings take place each week in our small vault, exclusively for our hotel guests. On Mondays, our Maître d’Hôtel or his assistant takes you on a journey through the Valais wine-growing region; on Wednesdays through the Italian wineries and on Fridays a trip around the world.
