The Restaurant La Terrasse (16 Gault Millau points) is reminiscent of an orangery in the south of France. The menu, which changes with the seasons, was created by our Executive Chef Stefan Beer. His cuisine is creative and playful yet unpretentious, and the focus is on the product, which, where possible, is sourced locally. This is clearly reflected in our local menu – Stefan Beer uses only the best ingredients from within 40 kilometers of the restaurant. Local hunters, fishers, farmers and food producers are the fascinating people behind these local products. Their attention to detail means that they produce only the highest quality products. The culinary experience is complemented by a fine selection of signature dishes from all over the world.

Our new Italian restaurant, located right on Interlaken’s main boulevard, offers all things Italian – and much more besides. This is the domain of sapori or flavors. Fresh spices, fine oils and choice produce all belong to the Italian art of cooking, which follows one simple principle: preparing the best ingredients in such a way that they retain their character. Here we serve antipasti such as bruschette vari gusti, subtle creations like veal escalope with lime sauce, fresh fish and seafood as well as classic pasta dishes such as spaghetti alla carbonara. One highlight of the restaurant is the pizzaiolo, who uses the bread oven to make guests their favorite pizzas right before their eyes.
