Unwind at the Constance Aiyana nestled on the stunning white sands of Pemba Island, Tanzania. With 30 magnificent villas that all look out over the stunning turquoise Pemba Ocean and a tranquil spa, this is the perfect African beach retreat. Constance Aiyana is a stunning beach property new to the Constance portfolio nestled in between fragrant tropical gardens and the white powdery beaches of Pemba Island. The property is host to 30 stunning villas all facing the sparkling Indian Ocean, inspired by African architecture with high ceilings, a pastel pallet and built using locally sourced materials such as coconut brooms and limestone.
Entry level rooms come in the form of 26 beach villas which offer direct access to the silky beach with only one bedroom. The four other rooms are Villas with two Ambassador Villas which have two bedrooms with a private infinity pool, a Royal Villa which houses three bedrooms, again with a private infinity pool and the cream of the crop is the two bedroom Presidential villa which has its own private infinity pool as well as breathtaking views of the ocean. Constance Aiyana’s meals are provided at the main restaurant which is just set back from the beach and looks out over the ocean. The cuisine is all about bringing out the authentic African flavours and is a fusion of traditional Zanzibari and international dishes.
Constance Aiyana is host to thirty villas that fall into five different categories based on the number of rooms and the size of the living space. Villas have been designed with neutral tones and a sense of minimalist beach vibe throughout. Locally sourced materials such as wood have been used to create Zanzibari-style doors with lush well-kept gardens throughout. Each villa has been built to face the sea, and all come with a lounge area for relaxing as well as large en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers. Each villa has all the modern amenities to make any stay comfortable and relaxing.
