This luxury boutique hotel features 108 guest rooms, suites and villas, most with views of the Aegean Sea — some with private pools, balconies, and gardens. Every room features custom-designed furnishings and indulgent marble bathrooms. You enter at the top of the resort, through the all white, glass and marble lobby.
Indulge yourself with treatments in the state-of-the-art spa, which includes a salon, Turkish Hammam, and fitness center. Relax through the afternoon in the Infinity pool and access to the exclusive beach club with a jetty that houses private cabanas. Innovative food and beverage outlets include 2 bars, a gourmet specialty grill overlooking the bay, a night club, and an all-day casual dining venue featuring Latin-American cuisine as well as more localized menu offerings. The resort also has over 12,900 sqft/1,200 sqm of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space including meeting studios, a ballroom, and boardroom.
Rooms are understated with a muted palette, with the view of the Aegean being the only pop of colour through the windows (80 per cent of the 102 rooms have a view of the blue, including entry-level ones). Expect Sisal carpets, white and sand-coloured soft furnishings and light woods. Marble bathrooms come with tubs and showers, and Le Labo toiletries have been custom-made especially for the hotel. Even the basic rooms are spacious. Many rooms have nifty skylights that make them even more light-filled.

The Villa

Diego Muñoz, formerly of the feted Astrid & Gastón in Lima, oversees the two restaurants: Kitchen, home of an all-day Turkish and Mediterranean menu, and BRAVA, the thatched-roof beachfront spot serving Latin American-inflected sharing platters made with Turkish ingredients. Muñoz spent a month in Istanbul learning about the cooking culture, mastering how to make daily staples such as lahmacun (pizza). All of the ingredients are sourced from local markets and show up on plates including wood-grilled sea bream, whole roasted lobster, and leg of lamb, plus ceviches and crudos. Turkish beers and wines are available.
Morena
Located by the beach, Morena at The Bodrum EDITION is a sun-loving daylight restaurant offering a fun, unapologetically free, vibrant experience inspired by spices of the Bazaars. Here, guests and locals alike a locally-sourced menu inspired by the richness of the Mediterranean territories which focuses on comfort food. The come-as-you-are laidback restaurant will feature an open fire grill where the bounty from the sea and finest selection of locally sourced meats – from its butcher’s counter – and vegetables will be served on large sharing plates. Alongside the grilled offering, Morena will also serve traditional Lahmajun – Turkish pizza – and Swordfish Anticuchos alongside a selection of signature burgers, pides, and light choices. With tropical summer sounds from the resident DJ and acoustic sundown sets from Thursday through Sunday alongside rodizio and paella sessions over the weekend.
Brava
From the creative mind of Peruvian chef Diego Muñoz, BRAVA’s cuisine is as fun, relaxed, stylish and vibrant as the spices from Latin America and the Middle East that feature in the flavors of its cuisine. By day, Brava tempts guests to linger over a long lunch, enjoying fresh, light restaurant bites with stunning views of the bay.
