Our urban hotel occupies two historic mansions – Kocatas Mansion and Sait Pasa. Both were built in the Ottoman era and previously owned by Necmettin Molla Kocataş, former Minister of Justice and founder of Kocatas Water. The 45 generously-sized guest rooms and suites have design features showcasing history, local flavors and Six Senses touches, a new beacon of inspiration for Istanbul’s premium hospitality sector.
Six Senses Kocataş Mansions, an unprecedented 6.42-acre (2.6-hectare) property, features 45 guest rooms and suites with high ceilings, authentic Ottoman interior design and local flavors with Six Senses touches. Bosphorus Rooms feature breathtaking views and ceilings up to 15.41 feet (4.7 meters) providing an immediate sense of space and light. The main dining space is on the lower level of the Sait Pasa Mansion. Styled by the restaurateur Richard Sandoval, Toro is a Pan-Latin and Asian Gastro Bar serving high-end Pan-South American and Asian cuisines. The restaurant offers a Bosphorus view and includes full bar service orchestrated by a skilled mixologist. It’s quite a performance!

Defne
All-day dining restaurant located on the first floor of Sait Pasa Mansion. A stylish atmosphere, with views of the Bosphorus, complements the restaurant’s creative menu inspired by Eat With Six Senses Philosophy.

The site’s topography, which faces the Bosphorus and incorporates lush landscaping, is the perfect setting for the Turkish hammam, which is still a major part of Turkish culture and known for its cleansing and relaxing benefits.
