PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Inverlochy Castle Hotel is a beautiful 19th century castle surrounded by the luscious green of the evergreen trees and the sparkling blue from the nearby loch.
- Being in Scotland’s finest Country Hotel, you will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime, where every detail for your comfort and enjoyment has been carefully considered and one which you are sure never to forget.
- Lying at the foot of Ben Nevis, girdled by a ring of highland peaks (particularly lovely when coiffed with snow), this is a place of quiet beauty, with no indication that the hustling, bustling tourist town of Fort William is only a mile or two up the road.
- The drive through Glencoe and up the Great Glen is one of the glories of Scotland, or alternatively, arrive in Fort William by steam train on the West Highland Line – the hotel’s Rolls Royce will collect you.
- Queen Victoria said she ‘never saw a lovelier or more romantic spot’ than Inverlochy Castle in 1873, and it remains as impressive as ever.
- With Albert and Michel Roux Jr in charge of the kitchen the food is as good as the peerless service. If only every great hotel aged as gracefully as this one.
