Mercury Lounge: Take in Dubai’s iconic skyline and watch the waters of the Arabian Gulf dance in the moonlight – handcrafted cocktail in hand – during a visit to our glamorous rooftop lounge.
The gastronomic dining options at the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach Dubai:
During our stay, we ate breakfast and lunch the Souq, evening cocktails at Henrick’s and after dinner drinks at the rooftop lounge Mercury Lounge, and found the food and service at all locations to be exceptional. The service is perfectly timed and courteous, but the staff are warm and genuine too, delivering classic French hospitality. Our experience while checking in and out was also very efficient to and so was the interaction with the knowledgeable and helpful award winning “Golden Keys” concierge team, which are no doubt the best in Dubai. We used the concierge service extensively, from chauffeur-driven transportation, recommendations for the best restaurants, to dune bashing.
By the poolside, staff glide around with apparently no other job than to chat with you, top up your mineral water or bring over a mango smoothie.

For a private film party, DVDs, popcorn and personalised bathrobes can be magicked to your room. And the mini spa menu allows for mother-and-daughter bonding over the nail polish.

Best Time to Visit:
Although Dubai has become a year round global playground and leisure destination, the best time to visit is during the cooler autumn, winter and spring seasons of October thru March. Summers can get really hot, although if you remain indoors or in the myriad malls during the day, it is relatively pleasant in the evenings.
